As part of our Case construction equipment dealership commitments we operate and employ fully trained field service engineers and a depot based service engineer. The field service engineers work from fully equipped service vehicles and are available to carry out on site servicing of equipment and routine maintenance. The service part of our business is run in conjunction with our parts department and on-site showroom.
The parts department has a direct computer link to the Case European parts distribution network. This link allows our parts department to have 24 hour delivery available for most Case parts when required. This facility, coupled with our stores, carrying many key Case components in stock at our Guisborough depot, ensures our ability to give our customers excellent after sales support on their Case equipment.

Our service department is also able to carry out maintenance and servicing work on other well known brands of construction equipment other than Case.

Showroom

On site at our Guisborough depot we operate a fully furnished parts showroom and trade counter. The showroom and trade counter is available to all customers who may have a part requirement for Case and other machine brands. Commercial Vehicle Parts

Also available from the commercial vehicle part of the business is a wide and varied selection of key vehicle components that have been taken from vehicles that have been dismantled for spares. These parts include engines, transmissions and differentials for all makes and models.
